- The Packed Lunch Guide — Thirteen pages on building a lunch that travels well and gets eaten. Includes a weekly planner worksheet. Ages: 5–11.
- The Screen Time Guide — A framework for setting and holding screen time limits without daily negotiation. Ages: 5–11.
